The house used for the filming location is known as "The Eagle's Nest" and it's north of LA in Chatsworth, CA. It sold for only $1,800,000 in 2013, after being on the market for 6 years. It was originally listed for $9.5 mill.

The 1970s pop sensations The Captain and Tennille lived in this house in the 1970s.
