Sex & Nudity

Several shots of cleavage.

Some flirting and a few kisses.

A condom is shown.

Violence & Gore

There is a lot of hollering and property destruction but it looks cartoon-ish.

There are a few shoot-outs, and one scenes leaves a man bloody; he eventually dies off-screen.

In another, about a dozen men are shot; there's little blood, but we do see the bullet-holes in their clothing.

A man falls out a window and is shown flattened on the street (ala Wile E. Coyote).

A man is shown with a muffler protruding from his back side.

A man is used as a golf tee, and gets whacked on the nose.

And a man is flushed down a huge drain.

A dog urinates on a man's head.

Profanity

About a dozen anatomical and scatological references are used.

In almost every scene somone is holding a ciggerette inculding Jim Carrey (when as the mask.)

Some drinking at a bar.

The ending could be a bit frightening and suspenseful .

The scenes where the main character and puts on and off the Mask are a bit intense for younger viewers.

Dorian with the mask can be very scary to the young and the easily disturbed
