The voice cast of the upcoming animated film from directors Lauren Montgomery (Green Lantern: Emerald Knights, Superman/Batman: Apocalypse) and Sam Liu, (All-Star Superman, Superman/Batman: Public Enemies) 'Batman: Year One' has been revealed. One thing that may come as a disappointment to many is that veteran voice actor, Kevin Conroy will not provide the voice for Batman as he has for years in the television shows, 'Batman: The Animated Series,' 'Batman Beyond,' and 'Justice League.' Conroy also did the voice of Batman for Liu's aforementioned animated feature, 'Superman/Batman: Public Enemies' and Montgomery's 'Superman/Batman: Apocalypse.'Suffice to say, it is a little shocking to hear that Conroy won't be the voice of Batman, but given that his tone is that of a hardened, older gentleman and 'Year One' tells the tale of a young Batman, »
