Earlier HALIFAX instalment is well-made, with Jane assessing the parole claim of a man who brutally murdered a young woman eight years ago, and also offering grief counseling to boys at a private school whose teacher died recently from a heart attack. But not all is what it seems, and Jane is determined to find the truth - even if it means her life. Rating: 7/10.
