The Flintstones (1994) Poster

Crazy Credits

The Universal Pictures logo is designed in Bedrock fashion: it features a prehistoric Earth with the single continent of Pangaea and reads "Univershell". It is also accompanied by the 1960s theme music from Revue Productions (which Universal owned), which is fitting for a 1960s cartoon adaptation.

There are several statements in the closing credits:
  • No dinosaurs were be harmed for the production of this motion picture.
  • The producer would like to thank the people of Bedrock and the Bedrock Film Commission...
  • ...a Steven SpielROCK production.
  • When in Hollyrock, visit Univershell Studios

The film is book-ended with live-action versions of The Flintstones (1960) opening and closing credits:
  • Fred Flintstone knocks off from work and picks up his family and the Rubbles and takes them all to the drive-in cinema
  • the Flintstones and Rubbles return home and go to bed, but when Fred puts the cat out it locks him out of his house.
