This movie is based on the true story of Alejandro Henriquez, a man convicted in 1992 of 3 murders. One of his victims was named Jessica Guzman. In the scene when Nick stops the car en route to the hospital after he burns Alexandra's son, when Nick drives away you can see graffiti in the background which says "Jessica Guzman". See more »

The script is full of holes (e.g. Gibbs never reconfronts Stamos > after discovering he's not a cop, Stamos' family protects him even after one > of their own is killed, etc.,etc., etc.).
