Harry and Lloyd are two good friends who happen to be really stupid. During filming, Jim Carrey stayed the night at the Stanley Hotel and requested to stay in the infamous room 217 (see Stephen King's: The Shining). According to the tour guide at the hotel, about three hours after Carrey went to sleep, he came running out of the room and left the hotel. In the second part of the movie Harry and Lloyd are supposed to be in Aspen. However, that part of the movie was filmed in Breckenridge. The town of Breckenridge has one main street where shops and restaurants are located with streets descending hills feeding into the main drag. For all of you that say this movie is not funny, you must be crazy, this is the best comedy ever, with the best performances in the careers for daniels and jim carrey if you haven't seen this movie yet go out right now and movie i promise it wont dissapoint
