Trivia

In the scene when Dr Bill Capa (Bruce Willis) returns home from jogging, then opens his mailbox and a rattlesnake pops out, causing him to fall onto his back in fright, then he grabs a shovel from a gardener's truck and uses it to hit the mailbox causing the rattlesnake to jump out and slither off into a field, a similar scene happens later in the film. This is when Bill is being chased in his car by the menacing driver in the red car with the black windows. A gardener's truck gets crashed into on the freeway and some tools fall out of it. In both scenes Bill was in danger. See more »

Goofs

In the first car chase, as the red car slams into the rear fender of Capa's car we see, in close-up, the front end of the red car smashed in. In the next wide shot of both cars, the front is completely intact, with no damage visible. See more »

Suspense, Mystery, Sex, and Violence, what more can you ask for?
14 July 2002 | by See all my reviews

This is a favorite movie of my wife and I. It stands up to our toughest test, i.e., it stands up to repeated viewing and seems better each time we watch it. Some object to the sex and violence but `get a life' it's just a movie,(as Lt. Hector Martinez (Ruben Blades)) would say `you Daffodils!'
