22 hours ago | PEOPLE.com | See recent PEOPLE.com news »

Christmas came early for a select group of One Direction fans in Los Angeles Thursday night when, during an intimate performance by Niall Horan at L.A.’s Troubador, his former bandmate Louis Tomlinson showed up to support Horan’s show, presented by Spotify.

Tomlinson appeared in the balcony overlooking the stage moments before Horan, 24, began his performance — an exclusive preview set off his upcoming album Flicker — and was greeted with excited shrieks of delight from the fans gathered below. But the laser focus from the fans shifted to Horan the minute he stepped onstage.

Michael Kelly Wants to Play Stephen Miller on ‘Saturday Night Live,’ but Pauly Shore’s Impression Is Hard to Beat — Watch

With three senior White House officials gone in the last few weeks — that’d be Sean Spicer, Reince Priebus, and Anthony Scaramucci, for those of you keeping score at home — the Trump administration took the rare step of letting Stephen Miller in front of the cameras earlier this week.

The senior advisor, who grew up in Santa Monica and used his press briefing as an opportunity to lambast “cosmopolitan elitism” and explain why the Statue of Liberty actually has little to do with America’s tradition of immigration, caught the attention of Michael Kelly, the “House of Cards” star who now wants to play Miller on “Saturday Night Live.”

20 July 2017 11:00 AM, PDT | Entertainment Tonight | See recent Entertainment Tonight news »

It's a second-generation Love Connection!

On Thursday night's episode of Love Connection, hosted by Andy Cohen, a young woman looking for love has a special surprise: Kenedi Smith's parents met on the original Love Connection, hosted by Chuck Woolery, back in 1992. Their meeting resulted in a "fairytale romance" and a marriage of 23 years!

Now the question is, can Kenedi find a relationship like the one her parents forged, and in the same way they did? Her mom and dad will even be in the audience.

The 22-year-old lives in California and says she was "little" when she first saw her parents' episode. "I always said, 'I want that!' I want to find love," she says. "It's hysterical, because now I actually get the chance!"

And there's one more way that Kenedi is following in her parents' footsteps: when her mom »

Beyond ‘Baby Driver’: 4 Action Genres Every Diehard Fan Must Know

7 July 2017 10:41 AM, PDT | Indiewire | See recent Indiewire news »

When Anthony Bourdain took issue with “Baby Driver” in a blunt tweet a few days after the movie’s release, the celebrity chef was advocating for another kind of action movie experience. He followed up his initial outburst by singling out “The Raid,” the bloody Indonesian martial arts film, as a superior movie. Whether or not the comparison is fair, Bourdain did hit on two crucial factors with respect to the action genre — it is big, and it is global. No discerning viewer can truly claim complete knowledge of the genre before at least getting familiar with the range of possibilities around the world.

Here are the four essential subgenres every diehard fan should know. If Bourdain traveled the world going to film festivals in search of authentic regional action films, instead of food, these are the sorts of kickass flavors likely to entice him.

Marvel Movie Stars Champion Success of DC's Wonder Woman

6 June 2017 5:24 PM, PDT | MovieWeb | See recent MovieWeb news »

DC's Wonder Woman had a historic opening weekend and various members of the McU have taken to social media to heap praise on director Patty Jenkins and the movie. The initial box office estimates were low even by Warner Bros., but early reviews for the movie and lame pieces of controversy ended up working in Wonder Woman's favor as the movie crushed $100.5 million over the weekend. The number one weekend for Wonder Woman also set a record for highest opening weekend for a movie directed by a woman, which had previously been held by Sam Taylor-Johnson's Fifty Shades of Grey.

The congratulatory remarks from the Marvel Cinematic Universe come to DC after Wonder Woman actor Chris Pine threw some shade Marvel's way, re-igniting a perceived DC Vs. Marvel rivalry that has since gotten bigger. Several actors from the McU have been sharing their praise for Wonder Woman over »

Jeffrey Dean Morgan Joins The Rock in New Rampage Set Photos

5 June 2017 1:41 PM, PDT | MovieWeb | See recent MovieWeb news »

It's been a few weeks since The Rock himself, Dwayne Johnson, has sent out any set photos from Rampage, as filming continues, but that all changed today with two new images. The first photo doesn't give us the best look at his character, Davis Okoye, but we do get a better look at Jason Liles, the actor portraying the massive ape George through motion capture. Here's what Dwayne Johnson had to say on social media regarding this image.

"When my bestie, George (an extremely rare Albino silverback) gets hangry. Hungry + angry. Blown away by this technology. Makin' a cool movie for you guys here on set of #Rampage. When George (and a crocodile and grey wolf) are infected they grow at a rapid rate to gigantic proportions rampaging across the country.
