The Irish accent haha

Tommy lee jones accent in this film is hillarious, it's like a leprechauns accent. Anybody else think so? There are so many films with even worse accents. I'm Irish and I have never heard anyone from here or the north of Ireland talk like that. lol

it is pretty funny! But so is him acting like a psycho putting a bomb together singing a U2 song! The accent is easier to digest than say Bridges bostonian accent! now that one was hard to stomach. still a decent film.

Re: The Irish accent haha

Lee Jones was decent enough. He sounded okay. I had no problem with Lloyd either. I'm an Irish guy in Boston, and I thought they were both pretty decent. Neither one of 'em were so bad that they took away from the film. Well acted by all

Re: The Irish accent haha

i heard he sounded more german than irish lol

Re: The Irish accent haha

Only someone who's never heard a real Irishman talk could call Tommy Lee Jones accent "decent". It makes me cringe and I'm a Scot.

Richard Gere's Irish accent in The Jackal was goddamn awful but Tommy's is 1000 times worse.

In the famous words of "Comic Book Guy": Worst... accent... ever.
As for Bridges, he mumbled so much that hearing his awful "Bawston" accent would have been a relief.

Re: The Irish accent haha

haha Comic Book Guy, he is hot!

Re: The Irish accent haha

Bridges had a Boston accent? He sounded American to me.

As for Jones, he sounded kinda East-European at times.
