I thought this was better than Tom Arnold's earlier attempt at a series. In this one, he played a family man living near the dump as he tried to finish building a dream house for his family. Although he never quite got it finished past a huge hole in the ground, the show's high points came from his attempts to control his crazy kids, among which was the always hilarious Jason Marsden.
