- Two characters in the movie are able to set fires with their minds. Consequently, there are many scenes of these characters setting fires and blowing things up with intent to harm, although mostly only harm to property is done.
- One character is hit in the nose by accident twice and we see a little blood on his hand and his battered face later.

- A menacing looking clown is able to make flies burst into flame in mid-air by pointing his finger, and aims in the same way at a little boy who shoots his toy pistol at him.
- We see a charred body being pulled from the scene of a fire. The corpse is recognizable as a person and onlookers are upset.
- Scenes where the fire-starters are fighting each other with intent to harm may be frightening to some.
