In the bar one of the men is kidding Muerte (Stanley Tucci
) about being defeated by a man with a "little baby". Muerte slams the man's head down on a glass, shattering the glass. Just before this happens the man covers the glass with his hand so that his face hits his hand, not the glass. See more

) is hit in the mouth and spits out a tooth. Later he smiles and all his teeth are intact. See more
