Before Hulk Mark Ruffalo Was Almost This Marvel Villain
Next fall, Mark Ruffalo's beloved Hulk character will finally return in Thor: Ragnarok, after skipping this summer's Captain America: Civil War. The actor made his Marvel debut as Hulk in 2012's The Avengers, but nearly 20 years prior, the actor almost portrayed another iconic Marvel character, long before the Marvel Cinematic Universe was even formed. A new documentary reveals that the Oscar-nominated actor almost played the nefarious Doctor Doom, although not in the movie you may think.

Yahoo! Movies reports that in the new documentary Doomed: The Untold Story of Roger Corman's The Fantastic Four, Mark Ruffalo auditioned for the Doctor Doom role, which he ultimately lost to Joseph Culp. The documentary also reveals that other well-known actors who were turned down for the movie includes Xena's Rene O'Connor Lost star Titus Welliver and Seinfeld's Patrick Warburton. It probably worked out better for those who didn't land roles in this movie,

'The Voice' Recap: Blind Auditions Part 4 Continues With Frontrunner Audra McLaughlin Choosing Team Blake And More

The blind auditions continued on The Voice with two standouts, rocker Megan Ruger and soulful Audra McLaughlin, going Team Blake. Judges Adam Levine, Blake Shelton, Shakira and Usher had an uneven night with Part 4 of the blind auditions. Shakira picked up a few artists, as did Usher and Blake, but Adam ended the episode with as many artists as he started with.

Megan Ruger, 26, a young country rocker was first up on The Voice stage. Her pre-audition package was about her relationship with her adoptive father, who adopted her when she was a baby, and their close bond. Megan went with Pink’s “Just Like A Pill,” her voice deep and smoother than Pink’s raspy edge. Blake and Usher both pushed their buttons at the last second. Usher was immediately discouraged when Megan said she was from Nashville, which is Blake’s city of choice, and, indeed, Megan ended up Team Blake.

2012 B-movie, Underground and Trash Film Festival: Official Lineup

The theme for this year’s B-Movie, Underground and Trash Film Festival, held in the city of Breda in the Netherlands, is “Apocalypse.” So get ready to watch the world end dozens of different ways on Sept. 5-9 at various venues around the city.

The fun kicks off on the 5th with the German movie Hell by director Tim Fehlbaum. If you didn’t know, “hell” means “bright” in German and, given that title, this flick is set appropriately in a post-apocalyptic future where global warming has decimated the planet and surviving tribes battle for water and food.

Other post-apocalyptic visions include Milan Konjevic’s Zone of the Dead starring legendary zombie killer Ken Foree; Davi de Oliveira Pinheiro’s Bazillian underground hit Beyond the Grave about a world where magic and madness rule the world; and Rob van Eyck’s bizarrely twisted Afterman and Afterman 2.

On his Diplo-produced slow jam, Usher took fans to the "Climax" and gave them and a sensually searing tease to his upcoming album, Looking for Myself.

On Friday (March 30), Usher announced that along with Diplo, he also teamed up with Salaam Remi, Rico Love, Jim Jonsin and Max Martin on the album, due June 11. He's expected to release both a standard and deluxe version of the album.

Looking for Myself is the follow-up to 2010's Raymond v. He also maintained radio presence thanks to his inescapable collaboration with David Guetta, "Without You," in 2011.
