Anachronisms

When Robin Hood swims from Jerusalem to England, the map has Turkey labeled as "Ottoman Empire" which was not founded until 1299 AD, about 100 years after the movie setting.
Although there are plenty of clearly intentional anachronisms throughout the movie (jackhammers, references to Mark Twain, Blazing Saddles, etc.), King Richard's coat of arms (quartered English lions with blue fleurs de lis, introduced after 1485) is likely to be unintentional.

Character error

When Asneeze is saying good-bye to Robin he is urging him to hurry because "It is a long way from Africa to England". But Robin's journey marks on the map start from Jerusalem which is not in Africa.
During the "Men in Tights" song and dance number at the lyrics: '...We roam around the forest looking for fights...', Dave Chappelle (Ahchoo) makes a minor mistake in choreography by raising his right-hand to his forehead instead of his left-hand, and then makes a quick switch to correct his mistake.

Continuity

When Robin gets the box containing "the key to the greatest treasure in all the land," the box is closed and as Robin puts it around his neck, the box is open.
During the end of the bridge pole fight scene when the poles are only several inches long, Robin hits Little John on his left hand knuckles but Little John pulls his right hand away in pain.
During the fight at the castle, Robin ducks under a table to dodge some arrows. It is obvious there is nothing under the table. However, in the next shot Maid Marian is seen next to him.

When the necklace is thrown from Robin's neck it is twirling very fast, but the next shot, when it hits the wall smashing the locket and revealing the key, the necklace is not twirling at all.

Crew or equipment visible

When they're moving Loxley Hall, you can see the rails they were moving it on on the ground.

Errors in geography

When the Merry Men go to send a message by fox, the fox they pull out is a gray fox, which is native only to North America, not England.
At the end of the movie, as the camera zooms out, the location of the Loxley castle seems to be in the area of London. Sherwood Forest (where the story is set) and Nottingham are in the East Midlands area which should be a bit further North.
The bird that alights on Maid Marian's hand in her first scene with Broomhilde is a California Scrub Jay, native to North America.

Factual errors

Megan Cavanagh plays Broomhilde. In the opening credits her name is spelled correctly. But in the closing credits it is Cavanaugh--a "u" has been added.
When Robin sings "The Night is Young and You're So Beautiful" he exclaims "Bb" before he starts to sing (in reference to what key the music should be played in). The song however is in the key of E major and modulates to F major, not Bb.

Revealing mistakes

When the patriot arrow heads to the second set of seats (after the royal box) some of the peasants move before the arrow gets to them.
When Blinkin runs into a tree, thinking he can see, the tree moves, revealing it to be a prop.
When Broomhilde lands on the stone after attempting to land on the horse, it is clear that the stone is cracked in advance of her landing.
