One sex scene, we see a lady's breasts.

There's a later scene where the two french kiss on a bed, but it doesn't lead to sex.

A guy buys panty hoses and stuffs money in them. His bare thighs are shown as he's stuffing the money his pelvic area. He pulls the pants up and then flattens/smooths it out. This could depict nudity even though nothing explicit is visible.

A man goes into a bathroom and is nearly shot. Another man hits the shooter with a baseball bat.

There's some arguments one that leads to grabbing each others shoulders.

Most of the other violence is meant to be funny, especially when a guy falls through the attic floor.

A guy urinates (we see the stream line).

A guy takes a gun out saying he's going to give a guy who refuses to get out the car a haircut. Another guy improvises with a baseball bat and starts smashing the windshield until the guy comes out.

An elderly guy beats his middle age son with a belt.

10 F-words and a fair amount of many other milder profanties and adult language.

There are fair amount of scenes of bars, drinking, and smoking. No drugs.

There's a scene where a guy holds several other people at gunpoint. It lasts awhile and might be tense but nothing violent happens.

Rated R for language and a scene of sexuality
