Trivia:

Matt Craven plays one of the adults returning to summer camp, where they have such fond memories. Craven also played a CIT (counselor in training) in Meatballs (1979), another film about summer camp. Both films were shot in Canada.

Goofs:

Anachronisms: During Jack's flashback about his boner, it takes place in the early 70's. Yet his younger self is wearing NHL pajamas that have the Quebec Nordiques logo on them. The Nordiques weren't added to the league until 1979. However the Quebec Nordiques were a team in the WHA (World Hockey Association) as early as 1972 with similar colors.

One of my favorite movies!

This movie is by far one of my favorites. I saw it while in college in the early 90's, and while I couldn't identify with the thirtysomethings in the film, I felt that the story, characters, and movie in general were top notch. To the people who spoke negatively of Indian Summer, feel free to stick to your overblown Armageddon-type movies and leave the movies with a great, wholesome story to those who can appreciate them.
