Storyline
The small town hairdresser Bjarne is planning the wedding of his daughter to one of the police-officers in town, but he can hardly afford it. At the same time the towns mayor gets a visit from his brother Knud who has stolen a Van Gogh painting and is on the run and needs money. If he doesn't get it he will tell the newspapers about his brothers shady past. But Knuds ex-partner and a mysterious Japanese man is on the trail of him.
