While this movie has a great plot and some really good acting, it remains as the kind of movie that you only want to watch for the action sequences. It also has some moments that have bad writing and make the characters unrealistic.
The Good Son is about Mark Evans who goes to live with his aunt and uncle after his mother dies. While living there, he starts becoming closer to Henry Evans, Mark's cousin. But soon Mark discovers that Henry isn't as good of a child as he may seem after Henry causes several incidents. But when Mark tries to tell his aunt Susan, he is sent to a therapist after he is believed to be lying.
So, while this movie has it's bad moments, it also has some really good moments as well, and as said before a great plot. Don't miss this movie, give it a chance.
