Bill Mitchell is the philandering and distant President of the United States. Dave Kovic is a sweet-natured and caring Temp Agency operator, who by a staggering coincidence looks exactly like the President. Kline stars as look-alike for President, called in off the street when the Big Guy takes ill. Then Kline starts having his own ideas. Plays well as an ordinary person's fantasy of what it would be like to fill in for the President (you got me as to what it would really be like). Grodin is great as Kline's accountant buddy who cuts through the budgetary chaff. Langella's character is a bit over-ripe, for which this gets docked a point. 9/10
