Wilbur Smith is a great author - one of my favourites. Wild Justice is a great book. This however is NOT a great movie. It reeks of low budget and exceedingly poor casting. I don't know how Roy Schneidner got cast as the lead character in this movie but he is so, so very wrong for this part. But the whole movie falls so very far from expectations derived from having read the book By all means read the book - forget about the movie, it just is not worth it and will completely spoil your appreciation of the book. Whoever made this movie has in my opinion insulted the author with such a poor film.
This site will not let me post my review without a set number of lines
whatever that is. But I really don't have anything more to say about
this disappointing movie so I guess I'll just rabbit on for a bit have many of Wilbur Smith's books been turned into movies? I only know of this one and shout at the devil
