Storyline

Beavis and Butt-head's lives revolve around three simple things. (1) Barely attending school, which sucks. They do nothing, they learn squat, they know diddly, they hate the teachers - and, amazingly, they manage to avoid being thrown out. (2) Trying to score with chicks - something we know they'll never achieve. (3) Watching TV. Lots of TV. If something in the real world doesn't relate to what they know from TV, it sucks. They especially enjoy "reviewing" music videos - or just commenting inanely on them. If a video contains heavy rock, scantily-clad babes or anti-authority figures, it's cool - otherwise, it sucks. Trivia

One irate caller thought the show was called Porky's Butthole. His voice inspired the voice of Boomhauer in King of The Hill. See more »

Goofs

When watching a Van Halen video with Sammy Hagar singing, Beavis and Butt-Head say something like "how could they fire Van Halen from Van Halen!?" in reference to David Lee Roth's parting ways with the band. However, David Lee Roth is NOT a member of the Van Halen family (though this may have been deliberate to show their stupidity.) See more »

Quotes

Butt-head: Beavis, I told you I wasn't gonna let you touch the remote anymore. Now, give me that, buttknocker.
Beavis: No, way. And stop calling me buttknocker!
Butt-head: Give it here before I kick your buttknockering ass!
Beavis: Stop calling me that, Butt-head! Stop it!
Butt-head: Buttknocker!
Beavis: Shut up, Butt-head! Shut up! I'm gonna kill you, Butt-head! I swear to go God, I'm gonna kill you!
Butt-head: You and what other buttknocker?

Memorable

Beavis and Butt-Head will be remembered for a long time. The gross, sick, and always hilarious show was the best show ever on MTV and probably nothing like it will ever come close. Poeple will always remember it's sick skits (B&B trying to grow beards, B&B playing frog baseball, B&B trying to score) it's dialouge at the couch during music videos, and many other things. This show led other shows like South Park into the promised land (ironically, South Park came out at around the same time when B&B were cancelled). This show will always remain as one of the defining shows of the generation X. So, uhuhuhu-hehehe. A++
