Trivia

Some scenes and jokes are direct references to the original Flodder (1986). In the first film, Ma Flodder kicks the dog away in the beginning of the movie; in the sequel, she tries again, but the dog gets the best of her, and grabs her foot. In the first film, son Kees has a day dream where he pictures a couple of girls playing tennis in the nude; in the second, he has a similar dream about three girls playing basketball (even the music is the same). In both movies, a television crew needs to pay-off the family to get an interview, and both films feature a high-speed car chase which ends with the chasing party crashing into something. See more »

The portrayal of the characters were still too vulgar, though an improvement on the first movie.
