Encino man is brilliantly witty and funny and sums up an era, Fraser is adorable as Link and Pauly Shores humour keeps you giggling throughout the duration of the movie. It's one to watch. It certainly shows the typical life of the early 90's teen, trying to be cool and realising life ain't about that.
