When Karl Resnick is looking at the photos of the crypt in his office, he looks at one with a magnifying glass. Then in the following wideshot he puts the photos into an envelope, but the one at the top of the pile which he was previously looking at it now a different one.
The family's last name is repeatedly stated as "Wade" in the film and even appears on some of the boxes in the doll factory. However, the end credits list it as "Read".
When Jessica is talking to her mom outside the doll house, Jessica's hands change from being on or off her mom's shoulder.
In the film, the character's name changes from being spelled 'Eliot' to 'Elliot' constantly.
When Jessica shows her dad which doll she wants from the shelf, her dad tears the white cloth which is over the dolls, and in a close-up the white cloth is covering the doll next to the doll he is taking down, but in the following wideshot the cloth is fully off of the doll.
Sometimes the 'dolly double' is distinguishable, due to height or size differences between shots or scenes.
The word "arquiologia" is misspelled.
In the opening scene, a wire pulling either the stone slab or the stuntman is clearly visible when the stone slab crushes the guy to death.
It's clearly a stuntman wearing a wig, and not Sam Bottoms, who tumbles over the hill as the factory explodes.
When Camilla is scared by the doll, she falls down the cellar stairs. As she does, white kneepads and equipment are visible on her.
When Jessica attacks her mom, the shotgun is dropped and slides along. As it slides, the tape mark it hits is visible.
