In a world torn by raging electrical storms and rampant with deadly cancers, there is only one escape: "the seeds" , a powerful hallucinogenic drug that provides great pleasure... and eventual madness. The Drug lords who control "the seeds" control the planet, raping and killing all who stand in their way.
