Sex & Nudity

Rated R for Strong Violent Sci-fi Action throughout and language.

At the beginning, the T-101 is shown nude breifly, but only his chest, back, and his butt are shown.

Robert Patrick's character is shown nude and you can see his butt very briefly.

A man walks into a bar nude (no nudity shown). A couple of ladies look him up and down.

A guard at a mental institute licks Sarah Connor's face while she is restrained to a bed, presumably to see if she is awake.

Sarah's clothes are thin.

Violence & Gore

8/10 right on the line between PG-13 violence (with just a bit more blood shed) and minor R violence.

At the beginning, many soldiers are shot by machines. (not graphic) PG

There is a bar fight at the beginning. A man is burned, another is stabbed, and many bones are broken. PG-13

A man knocks out a police officer and takes his clothes and his car. PG

Two men shoot at each other in a hallway. PG/PG-13

A truck explodes with a man in it. But the man melts into mercury and forms back into his human form. PG/PG13

A woman's arm transforms into a sword-like weapon and stabs a man through a milk carton and through his mouth. She pulls it out and blood spurts. R

In a deleted scene, Sarah Connor cuts the T-101's scalp to get a memory chip. Pretty violent, but cool for some viewers. PG-13

16 f-words and its derivatives (2 used with mother), 23 uses of sh**, and numerous uses of milder profanities such as damn, hell, a**, bas***d, S.O.B, di*k, bas****d, bi**ch, etc.

In the "Special Extended Edition," there are about 32 f-words, & each cuss word mentioned above is used more often.

Fair intensity, but nothing to suspenseful

The terminators can be frightening.

At the end of the main titles the terminator's face could scare or be frightening to some viewers.

Two guards force a woman in a mental institute to take her meds by beating her and shocking her.

John Connor is chased by T-1000. An intense sequence, especially when the robot pursues the boy with a large semi truck in a drainage canal while the T-800 is on a motorcycle, pursuing them to attempt to rescue the boy.

A woman's arm turns into a sword and stabs a man in the mouth. Very intense.

T-1000 kills a dog. Pretty frightening.

Sarah dreams the world ends and a bomb comes down and blows up. Everything catches on fire. Sarah Connor catches on fire and screams in pain. This scene is very frightening.

T-101 cuts the skin off his arm and rips it away to show Dyson his metallic arm.

Okay for ages 13 & up.
