Not a particularly good movie overall, but it kept my attention all the way through.
SPOILERS - Robert Urich plays a cop on the run from his mob boss "in-laws", he and his two children started a new life on a deserted farm. Markie Post shows up, she is wounded, her husband is a real bad guy and wife abuser. Urich and kids harbor her until he gets found by a bounty hunter, gets wounded, he kills the bounty hunter, Post takes him to the hospital, sheriff finds her, sends her back home. Eventually they all escape, her husband gets killed, sheriff and deputy are knocked out and locked in the basement, Urich, Post, and two children are in the pickup, on their way to Wichita, to start a new life.
Filming was done in and around the Austin, TX area. Markie Post is slim and lovely, Urich and she do fine jobs with the script.
