I loved the movie., 20 December 1998
Author: ranger-12 from Dallas, Tx.

Dale Midkiff did a wonderful acting job in this true story of two partners one gone bad and becoming a Vigilante Cop. Dale plays the good cop, and how he finds out about the vigilante activities of his partner and the result. I really enjoyed this movie!!
