Santiago De Compostela, Spain — A higgledy-piggledy maze of cobbled streets, granite-stoned convents and white veranda towns houses, Santiago seems suspended in time. Over June 20-23, it bore witness at Conecta Fiction, an inaugural TV forum, to a revolution: That of scripted TV and nascent Latin America-Europe co-production.
