Movie was originally much longer and it included more plot and characters. Steven Seagal cut some of William Forsythe scenes because he felt that Forsythe was upstaging him. Also, editor Michael Eliot re-edited original cut of the movie. He did same job with some other Warner Bros movies. Some scenes were deleted and some others were cut for pacing, this is why there are two montage scenes with no dialogue in the movie. Re-editing also caused some minor continuity mistakes. See more »

This is one of Seagal's best from the early 90's. If you like hardcore violence and "true" justice, then this movie is for you! If we had more cops like Gino today, we wouldn't have a need for maximum security prisons!! or the courts for that matter! If you liked Seagal's earlier movies, you'll love this one. Keep makin' movies Gino and Thanks!
