Storyline

Lt. Frank Drebbin returns to save the day once again. This time he's out to foil the "big boys" in the energy business. A top scientist (Dr Mainheimer) is about to publish his report on energy supply for the future. Things don't look good for the traditional suppliers; oil, coal and nuclear. To save their industries, the suppliers kidnap Mainheimer and replace him with a decoy with a more favourable report. Jane, the Dr's secretary, is Drebbin's old flame; they're passionate love affair is thus rekindled. Written by Rob Hartill

Trivia

The paper that Frank hands to Hapsburg during the dinner party which shows Hector Savage's photo (Anthony James) is a page taken from the Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, High School - 1960 yearbook. Anthony James was a member of that graduating class. Although his picture was a picture of Hector Savage at the time of the movie, the rest of the photos were actual classmates of Anthony James. A Film With Gargantuan Laughs! You'll Be Laughing!
3 August 2010 | by (United States) – See all my reviews

Is this movie a funny movie? Yes it is, totally! The sequel to the first Naked Gun movie is totally and completely hysterical, and not only that, but it is just as funny as the first movie! Well all in all, this film is filled with gargantuan laughs, you'll be laughing and laughing yourself silly from the very minute that you press the play button to the very end with the credits! I was in pain from laughing so hard, because a lot of what was in this movie I was not expecting to happen, I mean that all throughout the course of the entire movie, I was on the floor laughing myself silly! In this movie, Leslie Nielsen just keeps the laughs on coming, because in just about every single scene in this movie, there is something to laugh at! And when you watch this movie, the chances are that you will not be able to stop laughing! So all in all, if you want to see a very hysterical movie, then watch this, because you are going to be doing some major laughing while you are watching this, I really mean it, this movie really is that hysterical!

This movie is overall like the first movie, it is one of the funniest movies that I have ever seen in my life, and not only that, it is one of the greatest comedy movies that has ever been made! Now another thing, if I was to rate this movie on a scale from one to ten, it would score a perfect ten! Why does it score a ten on my scale? Because it overall is a totally and completely laugh out-loud hysterical movie that you are going to love! Well anyway, this movie is one of the funniest movies ever made!

So all in all, you've got to see this hysterical movie, because if you haven't seen it yet, then you should see it, because you are just going to be laughing and laughing yourself like there's no tomorrow! So get prepared to watch this carnival ride of laughs from the very beginning of the movie to the very end of this movie! So enjoy the laughs at any time, because they are huge!
