Thriller with unachieved potential
14 June 1999 | by (Kalamazoo) – See all my reviews

I had high expectations for this film and was greatly disappointed. The plot seemed enthralling at first, but as the film progressed it seemed more like a bad tv movie than a major motion picture. A poorly developed story, actors the worst this side of green acres, and bad continuity all contributed to the movie's lackluster quality. The only attribute was Matt Dillon , who gave a nice portrayal of a nice guy/psychopath. I would only recommend this flick to moviegoers who enjoy Dillon's performances (as do I).
