Where is Your Heart, played at the Ball, is from the 1952 movie, Moulin Rouge and was the # 1 Billboard Song in the uS in 1953.
Ralph mentions Ralph Kramden as one of the honorable men named Ralph.
When Ralph is fired from his job, he asks, "Is this because I wouldn't sing 'The Impossible Dream'?" Peter O'Toole also stars in "King Ralph", and he starred as Don Quixote in the 1972 film version of "Man of La Mancha", in which he supposedly sang "The Impossible Dream" (but was actually dubbed by tenor Simon Gilbert).
