Hello, I'm Danielle Steel. I'm happy you're here with us tonight for 'Changes'. It's a book about the mashing of two families. Bringing together a man and a woman, and their very different children isn't an easy thing to do, but Peter and Melanie meet the challenge well. I like them and their patchwork family and I hope you do too. I hope you enjoy watching 'Changes'.

Notable only for an early appearance by the talented Renee O'Connor (better known as Gabrielle on Xena: Warrior Princess), this film is, quite simply, a load of old bollocks wrapped up in cheap satin.
Cheryl Ladd is the well-off and well-dressed TV anchorwoman who (extremely quickly) falls in love with, and marries, well-off and well-dressed Whatisname Chesthair SquareJaw, a successful doctor.
When they attempt to blend their families into one harmonious whole, oh the chaos that ensues!! Step-incest! Nasty housekeepers! Lots of white sweaters tied around shoulders!
Somehow, in the middle of this, Renee O'Connor manages not to embarrass herself completely in the role of one of Cheryl Ladd's twin daughters.
Introduced with a lovely monologue by Danielle Steele herself, this is a fun filled piece of tripe for the whole family! Best watched in fast forward! Enjoy.
