The New Girl is now a single girl. Zooey Deschanel has separated from her husband, Death Cab for Cutie frontman Ben Gibbard , according to Us Weekly . The "New Girl" star, 31, and Gibbard, 35, wed near Seattle in late September 2009. The pair were introduced by their mutual music manager. A source close to the couple tells Us that the split was “mutual and amicable.” A year before they wed, Zooey and Ben sang The Everly Brothers’ “Dream” at the Manifest Hope Gallery in Denver during the 2008 Democratic National Convention. This week I got the chance to review Cal Ecker’s brand new Ep in its entirety. I recently did a review/post about his music video release accompanying the song, “I Will Love You” which you can read and watch his music video here.

His Ep is going to be available September 20th for download but his music video is available on YouTube.com.

The Ep has five tracks including his single, “I Will Love You” and a cover track of Cyndi Lauper’s, “Time After Time”.

I really liked his single and I was totally excited to hear the rest of the Ep. I have to admit the very first song I did listen to was the cover song of Cyndi Lauper’s hit, “Time After Time”. I utterly love the original song by Cyndi Lauper »

James Bond and Indiana Jones fighting Aliens in the Old West! Winnie the Pooh! And a bloody wizard m&#234l&#233e that will bring one of cinema's greatest sagas to a close forever! That's what July and August have to offer during the second half of our summer movie season.

It doesn't really matter how fast and furious things get on the big screen, the summer movie season doesn't officially kick off until May 6th. And this year Thor opened things with a lighting bolt blast of Marvel excitement. It doesn't come to an end until August 31st, when Sam Worthington sends us all back to school with The Debt. Between then and now, we will see some of the biggest movies of the year hit hard. »
