Storyline

One of the most interesting game shows ever, which was based on intelligent, attention, and improvisation, as well as Anthony E. Pratt's classic board game. Mrs. Elizabeth Peacock is a wealthy widow living in Arlington Grange with her step-daughter, the seductive Miss Vivienne Scarlet, and her faithful maid, Mrs. Blanche White. Every weekend, she invites her best friends over. They are Professor Peter Plum, Reverend Johnathan Green, and Colonel Michael Mustard. There will usually be someone new thrown into the mix, whom everyone will have a motive of sorts to kill. This will be a short film showed to two teams of celebrities, who will than question the suspects and try to fit together whodunit, where, and how. Than, they would make an accusation, and eventually the killer would come clean and a film showing the murder being committed would be shown. Your favorite board game comes to life!

You are invited to a murder.. There are six suspects, but which one is the killer? This was a very creative and fun mystery series with the six infamous Clue(do) characters in the form of real life people. This show had a little bit of everything- from comedy (mrs. white being the main comedian of the bunch), drama, and a poison bottle full of mystery! The show flourished due to its creativity and all star cast including Stephanie Beacham (series 1 Peacock), Joan Sims (christmas special white), Joanna Lumley (series 4 Peacock), June Whitfield (series 1 white), Ian Lavendar (christmas special plum), Lewis Collins (series 3 mustard), Lysette Anthony (series 3 scarlet) and many more. A great show for mystery lovers and fans of fun!
