According to Deborah Dutch, the film was a huge hit on USA Network's Up All Night (1989) and ran several times. She even appeared on one episode in a lingerie slumber party with host Rhonda Sheer and some other girls when they played the movie.

Deborah Dutch said she and the other actresses were freezing on location on Mount Baldy. Filming was supposed to wrap in September, but it went into October. They were wearing skimpy shirts and tops, but they had to pretend it was a nice warm Summer day. Then it started to snow on their last day of shooting.
