Some sexually explicit in the beginning of the movie, references to masturbation, and male genitalia

Jacob gets undressed and takes a shower; his buttocks can briefly be seen through the translucent shower curtain. Jezzie gets in with him, the side of her breasts are shown.

As Jezzie gets dressed, her breasts are exposed for almost the entire scene (several minutes).

As Jacob is put in a bath by Jezzie, she takes off his underpants, showing his buttocks for a few seconds.

There is a scene at a party where a woman is having intercourse with a demon, however this act is never shown in detail, plus the scene is very hard to see, the only thing visible is the woman's pleasured face

Infrequent but some of the violence is very disturbing and strong

In a battlefield you see people thrashing on the ground and bleeding (disturbing)

People are seen being shot or shooting (blood spurts are shown when someone is shot)

A man's leg is seen shredded to pieces, while still attached to him (graphic and disturbing)

A man is stabbed in the stomach with a bayonet (Seen upclose going in and out, when pulled out blood gushes) *Note that this is scene multiple times throughout the movie*

A car attempts to run over a man, but fails

A man gets in his car and when he starts it, it blows up

In a shaky and very brief scene, you see a horn type thing shot out of a girls mouth

A man faints

A boy is implied to be killed as you see him walk in the street with his bike, and the scene cuts to where you see a bike under a mans tires

Three men fight in a moving car, they punch and kick violently till one gets thrown out of the car

In probably the most disturbing scene a man is wheeled through a demented and gore filled mental institution where you see limbs and organs all over the ground, as well as some graphic and demonic imagery that will scare and disturb lots of people

A man gets a needle jammed in his forehead very brief, but some blood is seen and its very cringe worthy

A war sequence is shown again, even though not as graphic people are still shown being shot and killed with some blood

17 shits, 18 fucks, other milder profanities.

A woman smokes occasionally

People drink as well

Lots of intense scenes with demons haunting a man

The movie is rather disturbing.

The ending is very creepy and disturbing

The opening sequences may disturb some people

Suggested MPAA Rating R: Some Strong Disturbing Horror Violence and Bloody Images including Terror, Language, Nudity, and Some Sexuality
