The World Trade Center Twin Towers are seen in their complete form (achieved in 1973) in one of the first New York scenes. Since Jacob is imagining all this in 1971, when they were nowhere near completed, he could not have their image as a frame of reference for his dream.
Party dancers listen to Patti LaBelle's "Lady Marmalade", which is fine if it's 1975 as Jacob thinks. But this is all a hallucination that Jacob was having in 1971, so he could not have conceived of a song which came out in 1974.
The blue sedan with US Government plates that chases Jacob is a 1975 Ford LTD. This was the first model year to have the style of tail lights shown in the film. Since the whole movie is Jacob's dying dream in 1971, he his subconscious would have no frame of reference for vehicles newer than that date.
The B train (that Jacob is riding) does not stop at Bergen Street and never did. However, because this takes place in Jacob's hallucination, this may be a deliberate goof made in the character Jacob's subconscious.
