Sit-com/Soap opera quality tv drama, 20 July 2002
Author: George Parker from Orange County, CA USA

"The Image" sticks Finney in the spotlight as a workaholic investigative reporter/anchor whose career is soaring while his personal life takes a nose dive. Obviously fabricated with everyone too glib and no one behaving like real people, "The Image" tries to make some vague points about ethics vs morality and matters of conscience in journalism during its futile attempt to conjure up the pressure cooker atmosphere of "Broadcast News". Little more than a marginal small screen watch for needy sofa spuds. (C-)

Note - Look for a bit part by a young Brad Pitt.
