Alan Alda and Daniel Sullivan Collaborate with 'Radiance'

12 October 2011 4:47 AM, PDT | backstage.com | See recent Backstage news »

Alan Alda is known by much of the world from his starring role on "M*A*S*H." He is also a film actor ("Flirting With Disaster"), a theater actor ("Art"), a writer-director ("Betsy's Wedding"), and quite the raconteur. Daniel Sullivan is a director noted for his collaborations with America's great playwrights—including Wendy Wasserstein, Jon Robin Baitz, Donald Margulies, David Lindsay-Abaire, and Lynn Nottage. Sullivan served as artistic director of Seattle Repertory Theatre in the 1980s and '90s. Who knew he also worked as an actor in the 1960s and '70s? The Ultimate Wedding Movie Mashup

18 June 2011 11:00 AM, PDT | NextMovie | See recent NextMovie news »

It's June -- and in case you haven't been to your local park or botanical gardens, you may not have noticed this, but it's officially wedding season.

With couples everywhere celebrating their Big Day and hoping for the stuff of fairy tales, we figured why not take a look back at the dreamiest matrimonial moments in movies -- from "Gone With the Wind" to "Princess Bride" to "Mamma Mia!" -- pieced together in one beautiful, ceremonial video.

(And besides, two of our own are getting married this year…)

NextMovie presents the ultimate wedding movie mashup, edited by Avaryl Halley.
