An incapacitated adult man has his hospital gown hiked up as his mother and caregiver finish changing his diaper.

No graphic or intense violence.

An occasional use of the S-word and other such words. One use of the F-word [1:06:35].

Man smoking a joint when the doctor takes Lenny on his first tour of the city after waking up.
