Trivia

The license number of Sandpiper's plane, N121-PP, always used the call sign "Cessna Nevada 1-2-1 Papa Papa" when referred to on the radio. See more »

Goofs

Sandpiper only has one airplane, and Joe always reads its call number as "Nevada-One-Two-One-Papa-Papa" or N121PP. However, there are a few episodes where the Sandpiper plane's tail shows N121PB and several more (mostly exterior shots) where it shows N160PB. See more »

Quotes

Brian Hackett: This is the worst Christmas ever. I had thought it was the one when our parents bought us hamsters and forgot to poke holes in the boxes, but at least that had a moment of suspense.

One of the best shows ever!

I loved this show! I looked forward to tuning in every week to see Joe, Brian, Helen and the rest! There was just something about them that kept you watching. It was a shame that it had to end but 8 years is a lot of shows plus with reruns I can watch it again and again! Wings forever!
