Tango & Cash (1989)
Stallone firing a gun at an oncoming truck to get it to stop, coupled with the truck's driver and passenger crashing through the windscreen when it stops, pays homage to a very similar scene in the Jackie Chan film "Police Story" a.k.a. "Ging Chaat Goo Si" (1985), in which Chan's character stops a double-decker bus in a very similar way.
