Storyline
Dr. Von Colon has just put the finishing touches on his most amazing creation: Robo-C.H.I.C., a crime-fighting robot built in the shape of a Playboy Playmate. Her invention comes just in time, as a disgruntled engineer has built a set of atomic bombs and plans to set them all off if his demands are not met.
