  • The film is mostly just standard war movie violence where soldiers are shot during battles and fire fights, and is tame compared to other 80s R-rated actioners. The violence in general is never extreme, bloody or brutal. There is a number of shootings with only very small amounts of blood on a few occasions.
  • A bad guy's arm gets shot off by the hero when he reaches for a grenade; it's briefly seen and he crawls around without an arm, only a small amount of blood is seen.
  • Some people beaten.
  • Dead bodies are seen.

Profanity

  • 10-15 uses of the f-word, as well as a fair amount of other moderate language.
