- Troma's release is the director Emmanuel Kervyn's preferred cut. Some gorier scenes were shot at the time of production, but in the end, Kervyn chose not to include them in the film itself. Troma did include them as a bonus feature. The German producers has since reinserted, against the director's wishes, said scenes in sales to other countries.
- The French-Canadian VHS release on the Videoville Showtime label contains an alternate cut of the film not approved by the director.
