Quotes

Jonas: Now that high school is over, I think it's time to get started on those other projects. Remember the cybernetic accelerator? The sub-zero magnetic force manipulator?
Chip: But dad, I won't be able to help you.
Jonas: Why not?
Chip: Because I'm going to college. I've already been accepted for the summer semester.
Jonas: What?
Becky: Oh good, Chip!
Jonas: No, not great. Not all right, no!
ChipBecky: What?

After seeing Not Quite Human I wondered about what adventures would lie ahead for Chip and his family my question was answered when Not Quite Human II came on to the screen. Most of the cast returned with some additions for an all new story, this movie was just as intelligent as the first and even funnier.

Since the events of the first film Chip (Underwood) is about to graduate from high school and wants to attend college once there he tries to socialize and understand the college life, one day he finds himself developing feelings for Roberta(Barbie) a young woman he saw during his first few days at school. It turns out that she too is an android, however the people who helped to create her want her back and now Chip will do anything it takes to protect the girl he has fallen in love with.

The scenes between Chip & Roberta were so sweet it was nice for him to meet someone who like him was learning to understand about humans and the world around them. One of my favourite scenes was when he was trying to save her before her power died out and professed his feelings . For fans of sci fi comedies I recommend this film to anyone who enjoys a good family oriented comedy.
