Spoilers

The Parents Guide items below may give away important plot points.

Violence & Gore

  • There is a medieval battle scene with the expected sword-induced injuries/deaths (stabbing/cutting/impaling) with blood spilt. The battle scene is very gory. In addition to the sword fighting, there are deaths by arrows and even drowning in a puddle. Not only men but also adolescent boys are seen lying bloody and dead. One shot that particularly stands out shows a mortally wounded man with copious amounts of blood pouring from his mouth in slow-motion.
  • A man, executed by hanging, is shown struggling in the noose till dead. This is disturbing.
